Creamy Mint Chutney [Indian recipe]

Mint Chutney is served with Samosas and other popular snacks. This easy to make recipe combines the flavor of mint with creamy Greek yogurt for amazing taste!

STEP:

1. Place half of the yogurt and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and purée until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the remaining yogurt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup cilantro leaves, packed

1 cup mint leaves, packed

1 green chile, seeded and chopped

1/4 small red onion, chopped

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 Tbs fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, divided
